Desert Rain Floating Fountains, warranties to original purchaser complete fountain for one year from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Warranty is void on any fountain abused, neglected, fish hooked, improperly installed, or improperly removed. If you're using a hammer, you're abusing. If you don't follow installation and maintenance instructions, you're neglecting. Light bulbs, fuses, vandalism, environmental conditions and acts of nature are not covered under the warranty. |
